The French Horn

by: W. Dire Wolff - Copyright 1998

Fog shrouded hills
Of morning blackness
And gray light casting
Where drops of rain
Painted green grassland
So that today
It was here
For the horn of the hunt
To call lonely
Through the mist
And images of morning
That awaken from cold
And bits of dreamland.
